Job Description

Emerald Zebra Recruitment is partnering with a leading construction and installation company specializing in Mechanical and Electrical installations to find a Service Engineer (all levels). Our client is a wellestablished industry leader with a strong presence in Cyprus and internationally. They specialize in the design construction and installation of commercial buildings clubs schools hospitals and clinics.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our clients dedicated team. In this role you will be responsible for the design supervision and implementation of mechanical projects including HVAC (heating ventilation and air conditioning) systems mechanical installations and other related mechanical applications across various projects. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional development and advancement in the field of mechanical engineering.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Design develop and implement mechanical systems and installations.
  • Supervise the construction and installation of mechanical systems according to technical specifications and timelines.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments (electricians plumbers architects) to complete projects.
  • Read interpret and create technical drawings and specifications.
  • Review and evaluate materials and equipment for mechanical systems.
  • Ensure that all projects comply with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
  • Prepare reports and present technical data to clients and management.
  • Participate in cost estimation and project scheduling.
  • Manage and monitor the budget for mechanical projects.

What you have:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or another related field.
  • Mandatory professional license (or in the process of obtaining one).
  • Proven experience in mechanical installations and systems.
  • Knowledge and experience in HVAC systems heating cooling and ventilation.
  • Good knowledge of regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in project management and team coordination.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Good knowledge of the English language (other languages are a plus).
  • Driving license.
