Job Title: Dutchspeaking Client Support Advisor (Onsite/Hybrid in Budapest Hungary)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to Dutchspeaking clients via phone email and chat ensuring prompt resolution of their inquiries and issues.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting productrelated questions and service concerns offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism offering empathetic and effective communication at all times.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system ensuring smooth followups and resolution tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and ensure clients needs are met.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are completely resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Stay informed on company products services and updates to deliver accurate and uptodate information to clients.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction response time and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly clear and professional manner.
  • Problemsolving mindset with the ability to identify issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team contributing to the overall success of the department.
