Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to Dutchspeaking clients via phone email and chat ensuring prompt resolution of their inquiries and issues.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting productrelated questions and service concerns offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism offering empathetic and effective communication at all times.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system ensuring smooth followups and resolution tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and ensure clients needs are met.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are completely resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Stay informed on company products services and updates to deliver accurate and uptodate information to clients.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction response time and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly clear and professional manner.
- Problemsolving mindset with the ability to identify issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality service.
