Key Responsibilities:
- Review monitor and assess Frenchlanguage content to ensure its quality accuracy and alignment with company standards.
- Ensure that content complies with the companys policies guidelines and ethical standards.
- Identify and flag content inconsistencies errors or violations and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Work closely with content teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improving content quality and integrity.
- Conduct thorough audits of existing Frenchlanguage content to ensure it meets the required standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including editorial marketing and compliance to resolve contentrelated issues.
- Analyze content performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Assist in the development of content guidelines policies and processes to ensure consistent content quality across all channels.
- Stay uptodate with trends best practices and regulatory changes in content integrity and quality assurance.
- Provide regular reports on content integrity and quality issues and suggest actionable improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
- Proven experience in content moderation content quality assurance or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies errors or quality issues in content.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate with internal teams.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and quality control tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of content guidelines ethical standards and legal compliance related to content is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- High organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
