Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess Italianlanguage content to ensure it meets company standards for quality accuracy and consistency.
- Perform detailed quality control checks on a variety of content types (e.g. articles product descriptions marketing materials etc..
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and guidelines providing feedback to content creators to improve quality.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to resolve any issues and improve the overall quality of deliverables.
- Conduct regular audits of Italianlanguage content to identify and address any gaps or inconsistencies.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance content effectiveness user engagement and overall quality.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product and marketing to ensure content meets the needs of the target audience.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of trends and best practices in content creation and quality assurance.
- Manage feedback loops and communicate updates and changes effectively with relevant teams.
- Analyze performance metrics related to content and quality contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
- Proven experience in content quality assurance content creation or a similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency in content.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they relate to content quality.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment managing time and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and quality control tools is a plus.
- A passion for maintaining high standards in content and ensuring a positive user experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and work in a fastpaced environment.
