6Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Overview of the Role
Join a leading energy company as a Business Analyst Sr where youll apply your expertise in oil and gas allocations to support critical business decisionmaking. In this role youll lead medium to large project teams conduct complex operational analyses and provide strategic insights that directly impact the organizations success.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and maintain wells in ProCount system
Prepare monitor and maintain accurate oil and gas allocations
Collaborate with Field Operators and asset teams to ensure data accuracy
Perform detailed variance analysis for external and internal volumes
Work with Revenue Accounting to resolve production issues
Prepare and submit regulatory OGORS documentation
Interact with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and resolve issues
Develop and distribute comprehensive monthly activity reports
Provide estimated gas meter volumes to purchasers as needed
Lead mentor and coach lowerlevel analysts
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred
8 years of relevant experience in oil and gas/energy sector analysis
Proficiency with ProCount and production allocation systems
Strong understanding of oil and gas regulatory requirements
Experience with OGORS submission processes
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills for crossfunctional collaboration
