Join Our Dynamic Team!
Position: Sales Representative Hybrid
Language: German English
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate to Athens)
Working Hours: Monday Sunday 09:00 19:00 Rotative Shifts
Salary: 1760 gross x 14 payments
Your Role as a Customer Advisor:
- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers;
- Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries questions and feedback on the customer services database;
- Ensure Client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the companys complaints escalation policy;
- Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately;
- Troubleshoot through the use of open questions support documents and system training;
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements:
- EU Citizenship or valid residence card with full market access
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service (CS)
- Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate to Athens

Pay: 1760.00 1800.00 per month
