As a growth manager you will be focused on driving business expansion and revenue growth by identifying opportunities executing growth initiatives and optimizing the customer acquisition and retention funnel through datadriven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Person will be responsible for managing day to day revenue planning & for the vertical
- Will work closely with central growth city org business & ops teams to formulate growth strategy & drive new initiatives
- Identify key gaps/opportunities to maximize revenue outcomes
- Program management of key initiatives
- Drive timely of daily sales operations e.g. storefront/saleevents management pricing digital marketing brand marketing BTL/ATL activation B2B corporate/insurance tieups
- Provide customer/market insights to better build suited offerings for customers
- Effectively use digital and offline channels to drive walkins trials and new user acquisition
Qualifications and Skills
- 34 years of growth & marketing experience in ecommerce food apps content platforms
- FMCG start up organizations
- Gogetters who are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
- Love for problem solving & impact orientation
