Location: Onsite in Canlubang Laguna
Schedule: Monday to Friday Oncall on Saturdays
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate
will play a key role in managing and enhancing human resources operations ensuring alignment with our
business goals particularly in our clients madetoorder operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment and selection process to build a skilled and capable workforce.
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs to enhance engagement and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations particularly those relevant to the construction and manufacturing industries.
- Support business growth by developing programs that foster employee engagement motivation and retention.
- Design and implement training programs tailored to the specialized skills required for our customized production processes.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork collaboration and high employee morale.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations providing guidance and support for engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Canlubang Laguna and be oncall on Saturdays as needed.
- Proactive detailoriented and capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently.
