Job Description
Location: Remote Work from Anywhere in Bulgaria Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 21:00 8hour shifts)
About the Role: Our client a leading German HR IT company specializing in automated HR services is looking for fluent German speakers to provide technical customer support. As part of the team youll assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving login or softwarerelated issues ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support via phone and email to address customer inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR software.
- Deliver professional and empathetic assistance to clients based primarily in Germany.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German (spoken and written).
- English C1
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Training Details:
- Duration: 6 weeks 2 weeks product training 4 weeks shadowing).
- Commitment: 8 hours per week during the training period.
