Associate Veterinarian
We value our connection with patients and the community. We provide quality medical care with 30minute appointments and 60 minutes for new clients allowing us to get to know everyone better.
Our clinic promotes teamwork and mentorship. We welcome those eager to learn and teach.
We prioritize training and are starting the process for FearFree certification as well as completing AtDove modules. We support you in finding your niche with our doctors specializing in internal medicine dentistry surgery behavior ultrasound and aquatics.
Skills Needed:
You should have skills in anesthesia soft tissue surgery dentistry and digital radiography. Experience in multiroot extractions and chronic case management is a plus.
You need a passion for learning excellent communication and compassion for both twolegged and fourlegged animals. A sense of humor and participation in spontaneous dance parties are also appreciated along with availability for one Saturday a month.
Requirements:
You must be a licensed DVM (or able to become licensed) in Massachusetts.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a fully equipped hospital a signing bonus or relocation assistance up to $20000 and a salaried sixfigure compensation.

Paid time off for personal use and continuing education is included along with an annual education allowance. We also cover licensure DEA fees and professional membership dues.
