The HR Business Partner/Head is a senior HR professional who strategically aligns HR activities with business goals often serving as a leader for the HR Business Partner team and partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:

- HR Policy and Program Development:They contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that support the business.
- Employee Relations:They address employee relations issues ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Talent Management:They play a key role in talent acquisition retention and development.
- Performance Management:They work with managers to improve performance management processes and employee development.
- Change Management:They help organizations navigate and manage change initiatives ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:They analyze HR data to identify trends measure the effectiveness of HR programs and provide insights to senior leadership.
