Job Description
Job title: Wellness Manager (Medical Doctor)
Work Setup: Brick and Mortar/ EDSA Greenfield (Mandaluyong City)
Shift: Shifting Schedule: Flexible Sched
Salary:110K max Rate
JD :
Work/Life & Wellness work focuses on improving employee work/life balance and overall wellbeing including:
Developing and administering work/life policies and programs (e.g. flextime alternative work scheduling dependent care assistance telecommuting workplace facilities and perks etc.
Designing and implementing psychological health and financial wellness programs (e.g. health education medical screenings health coaching weight management programs wellness newsletters onsite fitness programs and/or facilities educational programs etc.
Identifying employee needs and interests (e.g. conducts surveys engages employees through communications and/or meetings recommends new programs and changes etc.
Evaluating work place conditions and providing recommendations to reduce or eliminate occupational injuries illnesses and financial losses
May manage onsite dependent care or fitness center facilities
Experienced Specialist in one specialized discipline as well as having a thorough understanding of related disciplines.
Qualifications :
Looking for a Medical Doctor(Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent medical degree)
Minimum 57 years of experience in corporate wellness occupational health or employee wellbeing programs
Experience designing and implementing workplace wellness programs including medical screenings health coaching and mental health initiatives
Strong background in evaluating workplace conditions to prevent injuries and illnesses
Prior experience in work/life balance programs (e.g. flex work dependent care assistance employee assistance programs)
