The Role:
As an Italian Content Moderator at Cross Border Talents you will be the guardian of online safety reviewing Italianlanguage content across various platforms. Your role will involve identifying harmful offensive or inappropriate content and ensuring that digital communities remain respectful and safe. Youll be part of a dedicated team working to maintain the integrity of online spaces making quick accurate decisions that will affect millions of users. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate usergenerated content in Italian across multiple platforms ensuring it aligns with community guidelines.
- Identify flag and remove harmful inappropriate or offensive content to ensure a positive user experience.
- Make fair consistent and timely decisions to maintain the safety and integrity of the platform.
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex content issues and improve the moderation process.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends emerging content moderation techniques and community guidelines.
- Provide feedback and insights to continuously improve internal processes and moderation efficiency.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make quick wellinformed decisions.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset you will work with a diverse international team.
- A genuine passion for creating safe digital environments and ensuring positive online experiences.
- Previous experience in content moderation customer service or a related field is a plus but not essential we provide thorough training!
