The Role:
As a FrenchSpeaking Customer Support Representative at Cross Border Talents you will play a key role in assisting our Frenchspeaking customers. Your main responsibility will be providing exceptional service via phone email and chat. Whether its answering inquiries troubleshooting issues or guiding customers through our services youll be dedicated to ensuring every customer has an outstanding experience. Your communication skills and ability to problemsolve will help you make a real impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support in French via phone email and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries technical issues and servicerelated concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues providing clear solutions in simple terms.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure that all issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Work closely with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Stay informed on product updates features and best practices to offer the best advice and assistance to customers.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and with patience.
  • A customerfirst attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Problemsolving skills with the ability to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
