Job Overview:
The systems administrator role would require having a superb knowledge of desktop operating systems working knowledge of server operating systems and networking and a drive to deliver the best possible experience to our clients. This role is responsible for troubleshooting Windows 10 (and soon Windows 11 macOS Windows Server 2016 and 2019 and diving into networking issues regularly. Working in Office 365 Active Directory and Azure AD are also routine parts of the day. The role would also involve translating technology to endusers.
SCHEDULE: 6 PM 5 AM Pacific Standard Time or 5 AM 4 PM Pacific Standard Time 4day work week) follows Philippine Holidays

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Process escalated tickets from our level 1 team including break/fix issues application installation and configuration and userlevel settings
Handle server administration networking and securityrelated areas
Build out new HyperV hosts troubleshoot and deploy SonicWall firewalls and Datto networking switches and access points
Provide support on networking and server deployments
Guide and mentor level 1 technicians
Work through the ticketing system to document track and escalate tickets
Manage the documentation platform to keep everything up to date along the way
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in the related field preferred
A and/or Network certifications are required MD100 and MD101 are preferred (certifications can be acquired after employment)
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and macOS
Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 office suite
Knowledge of Office 365 cloud services is a plus
Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS is a plus
Knowledge of Datto BCDR and/or SaaS Backup is a plus
Knowledge of SonicWall firewalls is a plus
Knowledge of Datto networking or networking in general is a plus
Superb verbal and written communications skills are a must
Experience with ticketing systems is preferred with Autotask experience a huge plus
Experience in a multiclient environment
Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
Aptitude in data management analytics reporting preparation
Ability to function in an autonomous environment independent worker selfdirected
