Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customers concern promote product and client loyalty
- Follow and comply to prescribed work flow/call flow
- Upsell/upgrade phone plans/mobility to existing customers
- Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
- Input the customer modification/sale onto a database thereby ensuring that the data entered is accurate.
- Overcome objections from customers in order to turn the call around and transition to a sale
- Responsible for ensuring that primary matrices are met through effortless customer experience.
- Responsible in maintaining First call Resolutions
- Responsible to keep and uphold integrity in handling customers account information in each and every call
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English preferably written
- Telco account
- Preferably with CSR experience
- Those from other industry can be considered
- Hs Grad / SHS Grad
- Fixed night shift starts between 10am1am
- Can start ASAP
- Language Validation > Interviews
- Nonnative /native speakers
- Filipino Citizens or Foreigners
