Job Summary / Task(s)
- Will serve as the primary escalation point and Subject Matter Experts of omnichannel platform (Chat Inbound Outbound Email Outbound Reporting or IVR) and ensures that issues escalated are resolved in due time.
- Develops applications that meet client requirements objectives and Service Level Agreements.
- Ensures that all unit tests and peer reviews have been completed to ensure high quality of deliverables.
- Documents/Updates to Work Instructions and System Documentation as needed.
- Investigates and corrects production issues encountered during and after implementation.
- Selfmotivated teamwork and hardworking. Able to work in a fastpaced
environment with deadlines. - Executes implementation of assigned projects within the assigned and approved timeframe.
- Communicates ideas clearly to management and other members of the team.
Qualifications / Knowledge and Experience
Education:
- Bachelors/College Degree Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Microsoft Certification is a plus
- Cloud (Azure/GCP) certification is a plus
- ITIL certification is a plus
Required IT knowledge:
- In depth experience in Zendesk setup and configuration design optimization and usage of Zendesk APIs;
o Zendesk Framework
o React
o Redux Toolkit
o Node JS
o Docker
o Git
o ZenDesk Garden (For StyleSheet) - Good working experience of contact center technologies such as Zendesk GoContact Altitude and other dialers
Other expectations:
- Working on US hours
- Eager to learn how a BPO company works and how performance is measured.
- Good business communication skills
- Good interpersonal analytical and solution formulation skills.
- Understands the whole SDLC process in application development.
- Willing to go oncall extended hours and holidays if necessary.
- Selfstarter and eager to learn
- Preferably 24 yrs experience specializing in IT/Computer Software or equivalent.
- Web Application Development experience with ASP .NET framework
