JOB DESCRIPTION
Relationship Managers who will be assigned to build manage and improve relationships with VVIP. They will be the single point of contact of these clients for any inquiry request or concern postsale and ensure timely resolutions. Aside from resolving customer issues their responsibilities will include regular social calls to clients to strengthen rapport and brand loyalty.
They will be closely collaborating with all Project Teams to find solutions to client issues.
These managers will also work with Customer Experience Group in the of its Premier Circlefocused initiatives and will build up our personal customer information database.
