- Design futurestate endtoend service and product
experiences for customers and employees by applying industry
best practices and partnering with relevant teams across the
organization.
Qualifications:
- Education; Graduate of Information Technology Research or
Design course
- Experience: 9 years of professional experience in CX and UX
design and Ideally with 4 years of experience leading design teams
- Experience: Has experience facilitating coideation sessions
- Experience: Has experience doing multiple types of
experience audits (User testing Heuristics Evaluation Expert
Review Competitive analysis)
- Technical skills: Has the capability to craft a design strategy
with knowledge on how to execute (ux/ui) using the best
tools (Mural Miro Figma XD)
