Job Description
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
CPA (Preferably)
Should have supervisory experience in an accounting/auditing firm with exposure in due diligence and mergers & acquisitions.
Excellent in financial analysis including financial modeling due diligence valuation skills and risk assessment.
Superior spreadsheet skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to think critically and strategically identifying financial opportunities and risks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
With good presentation and interpersonal skills/can deal with different people in different levels of the organization.
Amenable to work in Eastwood Quezon City for a shifting schedule
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the BPS Portfolio Company profitability reporting (global scope)
Perform various FP&A activities such as projections budgeting P&L reporting as required by Management and provide insights to aid decisionmaking.
Coordinate and discuss with Portfolio Companies on their financial performance profitability initiatives plans and achievements.
Collaborate with Portfolio Companies senior management and key stakeholders to provide timely and accurate financial insights.
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and enhance financial policies procedures and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Preparation of MIS/TFC reports for month end reporting.
Handle the Finance transition and integration of acquired entities as required.
Handle ad hoc deliverables for the team on as per need basis.
