Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineer
- With 5 years cumulative experience with three 3 years in a supervisory capacity in a similar role preferably with exposure to auditing compliance continuous improvement performance management quality assurance and documentation
- Led a continuous improvement project within an organization
Job Description:
- As a BPIIC Manager leading implementing controlling promoting and evaluating continuous improvement programs and initiatives that support the companys direction and key strategies. Responsibilities include collaborating across the organization to ensure quality business process outcomes that promote operational sustainability. The role contributes to overall operational continuity by evaluating designing measuring and reviewing processes to ensure efficient workflows and optimal results thereby eliminating nonvalueadding efforts. Additionally the role addresses varied goalfocused situations across the organization.
