Job Description
Job Description: Team Lead (BPO Financial Account)
TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Team Lead for a financial account in a BPO setting. As a Team Lead you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of inbound calltaking agents to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and achieve performance targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or at least completed 1 year in College (no back subjects)
- Total of 3 years of Team Lead experience in a BPO setting
- Nonnegotiable: 1 years of Team Lead experience handling Financial account(s) and inbound calltaking agents
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication skills including active listening
- Ability to multitask and drive multiple projects
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules
- Amenable to work 100 ONSITE (BGC TAGUIG)
- Able to start ASAP
