Job Description
Job Description: Team Lead Medical Coding
TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a Team Lead Medical Coding for to work onsite in Taguig.
Responsibilities:
The Team Lead will be responsible for managing an assigned team of individual contributors to meet or exceed customer service level agreements complete team projects adhere to operating standards and enforce company policies. This will be achieved through effective people development team engagement and performance management capabilities.
Immediate Start: ASAP
License Needed: PHRN
Certification Needed: CCS/CIC/CPC Coding Certification (IP/Risk Adjustment/Home Health)
Skillset: Blended (Voice and NonVoice)
Experience Needed: At least 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in Coding or relevant expertise
Work Schedule: Flexible to work on a shifting schedule if required by the business (including weekends night shifts and holidays)
Work Setup: Onsite
