We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our activities in Japan.
This role involves driving sales and business development coordinating with technical teams and representing Gauzy in Japan by supporting marketing communication (social media trade fairs)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the EVP APAC the business development manager will have the following responsibilities :
- Business Development: Define and execute a prospecting strategy including lead generation stakeholder mapping (with a focus on partner strategies) meeting coordination and followups.
- Project Coordination: Oversee project development by defining offers cost structures negotiation strategies and ensuring smooth contract .
- Marketing & Communication: Develop and implement a localized marketing and communication strategy in alignment with Gauzy s global strategy.
- Partnership Support: Provide local support to strategic and technology partners ensuring longterm collaboration and growth.
Requirements :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development marketing sales and complex project management with high international exposure.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously involving a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Preferred experience in in the automotive railway glass or electronics industries.
- Fluency in Japanese and English is mandatory.
