Job Description

Event Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Event Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
As an Event Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue through the successful planning promotion and of events. Your primary focus will be on cultivating strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and delivering exceptional event experiences.

Through your passion and motivation you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.

What you will be doing:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    Identify and target new business opportunities through networking and market research.
    Conduct client meetings to understand their event requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
    Oversee the endtoend event planning process including conceptualization logistics and .
    Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. marketing operations) to ensure seamless event .
    Ensure that events are executed within budget and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
    Develop and implement sales strategies to drive event bookings and revenue growth.
    Set and achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
    Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Proven experience in event sales or a similar sales role preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail.
