IT Support Analyst: TheprimaryresponsibilityoftheITSupportAnalystistoprovidequalitylevel1and2technicalsupporttoourStoresandSupportCentreteam(Corporateoffices)globallyaspartofafollowthesunsupportmodel.
IT Support Analyst (New Stores):
IT Support Analyst is responsible for the delivery of quality Level 1 and 2 technical support to Retail Stores andSupport Centres when needed. They work largely within their home time zone as part of Lovisas global Service Delivery function to supporting IT services across the organisation.

- Promptlevel1and2servicesupporttoStores(remotehoweverphysicalvisitsrequiredattimes)SupportCentresandWarehouses
- Ensueserverandnetworkinfrastructureisavailableandfullyoperationalatalltimes
- Serverinfrastructureisoptimallytunedwhereapplicable
- ManagementReportsaregeneratedasrequired
- Maintainintegritystabilityanrationofallhardwareserver/networkinfrastructurePCsandperipherals.
- MonitoringrelevantmaintenanceagreementswithvendorsandpurchaseITHardwarewhereapplicable
- EnsurequalitysupportisprovidedforPointofSaleSystems(FuturaandAURES)PCsandServer/Networkinfrastructure.
- Bepartofarotating7daysupportroster.Standardhoursfallwithinan8am5pmAESTperiod.
- MaintainintegritystabilityanrationofallsoftwareapplicationsutilisedbyLovisa
- EnsureaccurateandcompleteregistersofthelocationofallhardwareandsoftwareownedbyLovisa
- LiaisewithITequipmentandsoftwaresuppliers(HPAURES)toensureLOVISAistreatedwithpriorityregardingRequestsIncidentsProblemsandpricing.
- Coordinatethesetupofnewstoresfromatechnicalperspective
- AssistwithprovidingusertrainingofSystemsandITHardwaretoensuresuccessfulonboarding/daytodayoperations
- ProactivelyaddressanyITsecurityconcernswiththeupmostdetailandtimelinesstoensureLovisaisprotected.
- Proactivelymonitorticketsupportqueuesinfrastructurehardwareandsoftwaretoensureacustomerfocusedservice
- ContinuallylookforimprovementstoProcessandTechnologyraisethesetomanagementandimplementasprioritised.
- Otherdutiesandspecialprojectswithinskillandcompetencylevelasrequired
- Assist with the setup of new stores from a technical perspective
