Job Description
Every day you are the sparring partner for our clients on strategy and transformation issues. As a (Senior) Manager in the Financial Sector team you assume both the directing role in complex transformations and the advisory role in futureproofing the sector. You have a responsible role within various projects where you weigh the interests of different stakeholders and know how to connect the right people. But also outside of assignments you supervise and coach colleagues and work together on new propositions to help clients with their challenges.
As a Manager or Senior Manager you are (ultimately) responsible for the of our consultancy assignments. You help clients define their strategy and you have a directing role in the transformation of the organization. In addition you guide junior colleagues in their development. Shelley Oor
The Strategy & Operations Financial Sector team in the Netherlands consists of about 45 colleagues and is part of KPMGs Global Strategy Group. The team focuses on clients in the financial sector and serves 3 different segments; banks insurers and real estate companies.

Qualifications :
- You have at least 6 years of work experience some of which is in an advisory and/or projectbased role
- You have completed an academic education
- Demonstrable conceptual and/or strategic work experience
- An extensive network within the sector in The Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch

- Gross salary between 6120 and 8850 per month depending on your work experience profit sharing a fixed expense allowance and a working from home allowance of 2.40 per working day.
