Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Develop and implement the companys foreign trade strategy ensuring compliance with relevant laws regulations and trade policies.
Manage the companys international logistics operations including transportation customs clearance and distribution.
Oversee the preparation of all import/export documentation including invoices bills of lading and customs declarations.
Develop and maintain relationships with international customers suppliers and partners to promote the companys products and services.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential risks in foreign markets.
Manage team and provide leadership guidance and training to ensure their continued professional development.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the smooth flow of goods and information across all aspects of the supply chain.
Monitor and analyze trade data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards including export controls sanctions and anticorruption laws.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in International Trade Business Administration or a related field.
Location: Pune
Mandatory/requires Skills : Strong knowledge of international trade regulations including customs regulations export controls and
anticorruption laws.
Preferred Skills : Demonstrated experience in managing international logistics operations including transportationcustoms clearance and distribution.
Additional Information :
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in relevant computer software including Microsoft Office and trade management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English and at least one other language is highly desirable.
