Job Description

For a longterm project in the insurance sector we are looking for an experienced Workstream Lead (m/f/d) with strong technical understanding and project management skills. The project focuses on identifying and implementing data deletion processes across various business areas. Business and IT requirements must be considered while implementing technical solutions.

  • Leading two workstreams:

    • Workstream 1: Gathering business requirements system analysis defining data structures data flow and business analysis and solution design.
    • Workstream 2: Coordinating implementation with internal and external stakeholders including business analysts implementation partners test management and golive planning.
  • Close collaboration with business and IT teams.

  • Ensuring proper documentation and a smooth transition to business as usual (BAU).

  • Supporting the definition of a Target Operating Model (TOM).

  • Solid project management experience and technical understanding ideally in the insurance sector.

  • Experience in data deletion and anonymization is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with business and IT teams.

  • Language skills: English (mandatory) German is a plus.
