Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Educating AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AIgenerated outputs in order to directly improve the AIs accuracy and ability to apply its knowledge to realworld problems
Problem Solving: Provide stepbystep solutions and explanations to complex problems to teach the AI how to reason through these problems effectively
Red Teaming: Identify potential biases limitations or inaccuracies in the AIs knowledge base. Design and conduct tests that push the boundaries of the models understanding ensuring its outputs are reliable and applicable to realworld scenarios.
Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with AI engineers and researchers to ensure that the AI model evolves based on feedback ultimately improving its performance and ability to interact meaningfully with users.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Native Proficiency in Mandarin: Exceptional writing skills in Mandarin with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and feedback.
Residency in Taiwan: Must be a resident of Taiwan and have a strong understanding of local cultural context language nuances and societal norms.
Education: An Associates degree or higher from an accredited institution is required.
Professional Writing Experience: Previous experience in a writingintensive role (researcher journalist technical writer editor etc. is preferred but not required. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
AI Experience: While experience in AI training or related tasks is preferred it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a passion for AI and technology.
