Your Role as a Senior Cleaning Technician

As a Senior Cleaning Technician you will take charge of critical cleaning operations ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency. You ll serve as a mentor trainer and expert in advanced cleaning techniques while maintaining seamless coordination with field teams and management.
What You ll Do
- Lead by example setting high standards for cleanliness and professionalism
- Train and mentor new team members in specialized cleaning methods
- Oversee inventory and supply management to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with field and operations teams to maintain optimal schedules
- Uphold and enforce strict safety protocols to protect team members and clients
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks with precision including deep cleaning and industryspecific sanitation
