Clear Communication: Strong communication skills are essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to speak clear standard English with U.S.based companies and clients.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in at least three languages including English (written spoken and reading) is required.
Technical Skills: Strong IT proficiency; techsavvy and capable of troubleshooting basic technical issues.
CRM Software Experience: Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM software) to manage leads contacts and customer data.
Equipment Requirements: A personal laptop phone highquality headphones and a reliable internet connection (minimum 90 Mbps). Candidates should be willing to upgrade their internet speed to meet the requirement if necessary.
Certification: While a telemarketing certification is a plus it is not required. We value handson proven experience in telemarketing.
