Job Description

Prepare review and negotiate highvalue contracts with clients vendors and OEMs to secure favorable terms.

Oversee renewals amendments and ensure compliance with agreed terms.

Develop frameworks to identify and minimize legal financial and operational risks.

Ensure contracts align with oil & gas industry regulations QHSE standards and company policies.

Serve as the main liaison between internal teams clients and vendors for contractrelated matters.

Manage contract disputes negotiate settlements and ensure timely costeffective resolutions.

Monitor contract KPIs vendor performance and identify efficiency improvements.

Stay ahead of market trends competitive pricing and emerging regulatory changes.

Conduct regular contract audits to identify infractions and ensure adherence to terms.

Develop and maintain templates for contracts RFQs and ITTs to streamline processes.

Maintain a contract repository and generate reports on contract status risks and performance.

Identify savings opportunities through contract structuring and negotiation tactics.

Track contract deliverables deadlines and milestones to ensure full compliance.

Provide contractrelated training and guidance to internal teams on obligations and risk management.

Support tender submissions and ensure bid documentation aligns with contractual and regulatory requirements.



Requirements

What we are looking for:

Education:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business Management Law Supply Chain Engineering or a related field.
  • MBA or MSc (preferred).
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management (preferred).
  • Certification in Project Management or Contract Law (preferred).


Experience:

5 years of supply chain contract administration or procurement experience in the oil & gas industry


Knowledge and Proficiency in:

Oil & Gas Industry Contracts Standards and Regulations
Contract Drafting Negotiation and Administration
Risk Assessment Compliance and Dispute Resolution
Bids Tenders and Procurement Processes
Contract Performance Monitoring and Vendor Management
