Responsibilities
- Expertly manage and monitor email campaigns using SmartLead software ensuring optimal performance and engagement
- Provide swift and professional responses to incoming client inquiries maintaining high standards of customer service
- Coordinate and schedule calls between potential clients and the company director managing the sales pipeline effectively
- Maintain update and improve email templates to enhance campaign effectiveness and client engagement
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to email campaigns including DNS record updates and campaign reconnections
- Generate and analyze performance reports for email campaigns providing insights for continuous improvement
- Assist in managing the director s calendar for sales calls ensuring efficient time management
- Contribute creative ideas to improve current marketing processes and expand into new areas such as social media marketing
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling and professional emails
- Strong understanding of B2B interactions and communication
- Proficiency in email marketing software with experience in SmartLead being a significant advantage
- Basic understanding of DNS configurations and email technical setups
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Customeroriented mindset with a professional demeanor and the ability to handle diverse client interactions
- Selfmotivated individual capable of working independently and taking initiative to solve problems
- Flexibility to work parttime (minimum 20 hours per week) with the potential to transition to a fulltime role
