Job Description
Nettobe Group is looking for a skilled and motivated Zoho Developer to join our team and work on customerfacing projects. You will be responsible for customizing developing and implementing solutions across the Zoho One platform and other Zoho applications to meet the unique needs of our clients.
This role requires strong technical expertise business process understanding and the ability to deliver scalable efficient and userfriendly solutions that enhance our clients operational workflows and digital transformation.
- Develop & Customize Zoho applications for customer use including Zoho CRM Zoho Creator Zoho People Zoho Books Zoho Projects and other Zoho apps.
- Design implement and maintain custom workflows automation functions and integrations within the Zoho ecosystem to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients & stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform testing debugging and optimization of Zoho applications to ensure reliability security and performance.
- Provide technical support & troubleshooting for customerdeployed Zoho solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation on Zoho customizations configurations and integration processes for customers.
- Analyze business processes and propose automation and efficiency improvements using Zoho solutions.
- Integrate Zoho One with other thirdparty applications such as accounting HR ERP and marketing platforms as needed for customers.
- Develop & manage database structures using SQL to optimize client data management.
- Design and maintain HTML pages as part of client solution development.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French to work with clients effectively.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client business models workflows and process automation needs.
- Proficiency in Zoho Deluge Node.js Java HTML and SQL.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Zoho development or related software development preferably working on customer projects.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to develop scalable and sustainable solutions for customers.
- Ability to interpret complex client requirements and translate them into technical Zoho solutions.
- Zoho Certifications (Zoho CRM Zoho Creator or other platforms) will be a plus.
