- Leverage your business acumen to deliver impactful solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Act as a functional consultant guiding clients through Dynamics 365 CRM implementation customization and optimization.
- Support development activities within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform collaborating with technical teams as needed.
- Architect solutions that align with business goals ensuring scalability and performance.
- Define solution strategies and lead project implementations from inception to completion.
- Manage testing processes ensuring quality assurance and seamless deployment.
- 10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Functional/Technical) and Power Platform.
- Strong functional consulting expertise with a track record of delivering successful CRM implementations.
- Familiarity with developer role activities in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Proven experience in solution architecture strategy definition and project management.
- Expertise in managing implementation processes and testing frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide strategic insights to clients ensuring optimal platform usage.
- Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders efficiently.
