Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales and Marketing Executive to join their healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth building strong relationships with clients and promoting healthcare products/services to increase market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through virtual meetings and inperson sales visits.
- Present demonstrate and promote healthcare products/services to targeted customers.
- Plan and execute trade activations and promotional events to increase product awareness.
- Develop and implement CSR initiatives that align with the company s brand strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
- Attend trade exhibitions conferences and networking events to enhance market visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing packages with clients to maximize revenue.
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets while expanding market reach.
- Lead efforts to populate and advertise products across multiple channels to maximize customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to develop strategic marketing and advertising campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Diploma in Marketing Public Relations Customer Care or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare marketing or sales.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to establish and grow business relationships.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
- Experience in attending trade exhibitions and networking events is an added advantage.
