Signal Tru Brand is seeking a dynamic and organized Events and Sales Assistant to support the execution of promotional campaigns client events and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment excels in multitasking and enjoys engaging with people. You will play a key role in planning coordinating and delivering exceptional event experiences while supporting our sales team in achieving client growth targets.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing corporate and promotional events from concept to completion
Coordinate logistics vendor communications and on-site setup for events
Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and support client follow-ups
Manage event materials and inventory
Track and report event metrics including client feedback and sales conversions
Provide administrative support to the Events and Sales Manager
Represent the brand professionally in all client-facing interactions
Participate in regular team meetings and strategy sessions
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field (preferred)
1-2 years of experience in event coordination sales assistance or customer engagement
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends depending on event schedules
