Accountabilities
- Receiving processing invoicing and monitoring all customer orders entered into gSAP upon receipt and followed through to completion
- Deploy and provide data analysis and reports with regard to Order to Cash activities defining improvement plans through data mining exploitation
- Coordinates the return of products in accordance with Customer/Sales Rep and Supply
- Investigated delay of products for customer orders and communicating with them
- Maintaining accurate and upto date filling records of all Customer Servicerelated paperwork
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- High school graduate/bachelors degree is a plus
- Native Greek
- Very Good knowledge of English (B2 or higher certification verbal & written)
- Strong Functional experience in gSAP usage (SD module)
- Proficient Software knowledge (Microsoft Office ERP systems SAP) MS Office Python is a plus
- Experience customer servicerelated position
- Strong analytical and organizing skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with many people simultaneously
- Problemsolving
- Able to work under pressure
- An understanding of the Agrobusiness
