We are seeking a friendly and customerfocused Part Time Sales Assistant to join our team in Mesogi Cyprus. As a valued member of our retail staff you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales efforts.
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Offer product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash card payments and maintain a balanced till
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor ensuring products are wellpresented
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Participate in promotional activities and special events as required
Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong communication abilities both verbal and written
- Basic maths skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work flexibly including weekends and evenings
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with stock movement
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Keen interest in our product range and willingness to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
