Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service manage front desk operations and support administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls emails and inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and conference room bookings
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry document preparation and filing
- Receive and distribute mail packages and deliveries
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
- Support other departments with general office tasks as needed
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Professional demeanor and customer serviceoriented mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
