As Guest Relations (M/F) you will report directly to the Front Office Manager and will be responsible for:
Ensuring customer satisfaction;
Personalizing customer service;
Accompanying customers and ensuring their comfort;
Managing the organization of outlets;
Managing incidents and complaints;
Managing reservations (in person by telephone or email);

Knowledge of Portuguese and English and preference for another foreign language (fluent spoken language).
Minimum 12 years of schooling and/or professional course adapted to the position
Knowledge of AHCCP hygiene and safety standards
Computer skills: Microsoft Office Internet and specific applications for the catering/hotel area.
