Job Description
What were looking for
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Industrial Engineering or any related field
At least 5 yrs. experience as Project Manager
Exemplary core project management skills and knowledge of SDLC for
both waterfall and agile delivery
Has experience in successfully leading complex and multicomponent IT
projects. Knowledge or experience in banking operations is a plus.
Strong Leadership and negotiation skills
Solid influencing skills and excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking
skills
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
Sound business and technical acumen
Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives
Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
