Job Description

VP Talent Management responsibilities include designing employee training programs building succession plans and crafting an internal promotion process. To be successful in this role you should have a solid understanding of fullcycle recruiting along with a strategic mindset in order to develop a skilled workforce.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Vice President or Senior Director in Recruitment in a BPO company
  • Must have experience handling all spectrums of Talent Acquisition
  • Must have solid experience with agent and support hiring
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid setup
  • Must be willing to travel to multiple locations in the Philippines
