Job Description

General Function:

IT Helpdesk will play a primary role by liaising with Global employees known as internal customers. Responsibilities includes ticket creation answering IT related customer enquiries and fault/service issues; incident case documentation including the progress updates track and route towards fault resolution; planned event management for internal/external services.

The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
  • Good understanding of computer systems mobile devices and other tech products
  • Basic understanding of IP network is preferable
  • Basic security concept and knowledge is preferable.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Graduate of BSc/BA in IT Computer Science or relevant field
  • Familiarity with both PC and Mac Hardware and Software
  • Effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience
