Job Description
TASQ Staffing Solutions is looking for English speaking customer service representatives for Bacolod. What follows is an overthephone interview within 2448 business hours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years old and above (Legal Age Requirement)
At least High School Graduate
At least Senior High Schoool Level or Graduate
At least College Level or Graduate
With or without call center experience
ALS with atleast of 6 months BPO Experience
Must be willing to work on site
Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
Must be willing to work during weekends and/or holiday
JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service Representatives assist customers with their concerns understanding their problems and providing solutions.
*Responsible for servicing the needs and concerns of customers
*Adhere to processes and policies implemented by the company and the client
*Identify customers needs clarify information and provide the correct solutions
*Build rapport and engage customers by going the extra mile
*Ensure proper documentation and manage productivity
*Probably even do sales
*Understand set targets and take the necessary steps to ensure that they are met
