Job Description
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cebu city. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries providing exemplary customer support ensuring customer satisfaction and creating a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- College graduate welcome with or without BPO experience
- Senior High school graduates must have at least 6 months BPO experience
- Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects) must have at least 6 months BPO experience
- Amenable to work onsite in Cebu city
- can work on shifting schedules weekends and holidays
- Must have good English communication skills
