Job Description
TASQ Staffing Solutions is offering an account associate role for our telco account in Pasig (Onsite work). Start by October 30 or November 12. Classes are also scheduled for December 2023.
Job Description: Account Associate (Mandarin)
Responsibilities:
*Communicate effectively with Mandarinspeaking customers to address their inquiries resolve issues and provide assistance regarding telecommunication services
*Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver excellent customer service at all times
*Collaborate with team members and relevant departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer concerns
*Utilize company systems and tools to accurately record customer interactions and update customer profiles
*Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends in order to provide accurate information and offer suitable solutions to customers
*Complete administrative tasks related to customer accounts such as processing orders updating customer information and managing billing inquiries
Qualifications:
*Fluent in Mandarin and English preferably in both written and verbal communication
*Prior customer service experience particularly in a call center or customer support role is highly desirable (Those from other industries can be considered)
*Must be willing to work in Pasig Bridgetowne
*High school or Senior High School (SHS) graduation (at the very least) is required
*Willingness to work the fixed night shift with a start time between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m.
*Availability to begin work immediately
*Language validation and interviews will be conducted to assess proficiency for both nonnative and native speakers
*Applicants must be Filipino citizens (no work permits needed) or foreigners with appropriate work permits or would be willing to process such permits
