Job Qualifications:
- CPA or Certified Financial Analyst
- Strong Background in Real Estate
- The Financial Analyst conducts financial analyses for property development projects critical to investment decisions.
- Gathers and analyzes financial information to produce forecasts of property development projects and industry conditions for use in making propertyrelated investments or project development decisions.
- Assembles spreadsheets and draws charts and graphs used to illustrate reports.
- Stays abreast of developments in the fields of real estate and economics.
- Monitors fundamental economic and real estate developments through the analysis of information obtained from financial/ real estate consultants trade publications company sources and personal interviews.
- Coordinates with various departments in getting the necessary data to complete the financial projections.
- Creates and presents feasibility studies.
- Does budget monitoring for the Business Development and Corporate Marketing Group.
