We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Manila Philippines. As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will play a pivotal role in driving datadriven decisionmaking and providing insights that enhance our product offerings business operations and overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collect analyze and interpret complex data sets from various sources identifying trends patterns and actionable insights that support strategic decisionmaking.
- Develop maintain and optimize Business Intelligence (BI) tools dashboards and reports ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
- Present datadriven insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation for BI processes methodologies and best practices ensuring knowledge transfer and data governance.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant data protection regulations maintaining the highest standards of information security.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Analytics or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence Data Analytics or similar role
- Knowledge in SQL and experience with any BI tools is preferred
- Exceptional analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing
- Familiarity with cyber security concepts trends and industry best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in English both written and spoken.
